How and Why should I order a lamb?
Our lambs are raised with care in Central Minnesota. Partnering with local processors, we ensure that you receive the highest quality meat at a price that’s much more affordable than store-bought options. Enjoy the taste of ethically raised lamb while supporting local farming practices.
How it works?
Is it worth it?
The cost of purchasing a lamb is $300 plus the processing fee ($110-$130) will provide you with roughly 50-60lbs of meat packaged and cut to your specifications. The total price per pound comes out to less than $7.50/lb. In store you can expect to pay double or more.
How do I start?

What happens after I order?
We will deliver your lamb to a local processor. They will contact you to walk you through how you would like your lamb processed. On the day of pickup, you will pay the processor, collect your meat, and be on your way!
This is my first time, what should I ask for from the processor?
